Return and Exchange Policy

Luxeric is committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a return policy on eligible items.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchange
You may return most new, unworn items within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• In the same condition as it was received
No returns will be accepted for lingerie, shapewear and accessories. Only 3 items per order will be accepted for returns.

To process a return/exchange, the customer must provide all required details within additional 48 hours of initiating the request. If the necessary information is not submitted within this timeframe, the request will be automatically canceled and will not be processed.

2. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@luxeric.com within the 3-day return / exchange window. We will take on the return / exchange processing from that stage.

3. Return / Exchange Shipping
Luxeric offers a hassle-free return process without any shipping charges.

4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take clear photos of the damage and email them to support@luxeric.com within the 3-day return window. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note refund requests for damaged/defective items will not be processed without clear pictures.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order by emailing support@luxeric.com with your order ID before the item ships.

7. Partial Prepaid Orders & RTO
If an order has been partially prepaid, the prepaid amount will not be refunded if the order is returned to origin (RTO) due to non-acceptance by the customer.
