You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchange
You may return most new, unworn items within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• In the same condition as it was received
No returns will be accepted for lingerie, shapewear and accessories. Only 3 items per order will be accepted for returns.

We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note refund requests for damaged/defective items will not be processed without clear pictures.
